What information do we collect? We collect information from you when you place an order, or sign up for our mailing list upon checkout.  When ordering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. Like most websites, we use cookies and/or web beacons to enhance your experience, gather general visitor information, and track visits to our website.
What do we use your information for? Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways: • To process transactions • To send periodic emails if you signed up to be on the mailing list. 
How do we protect your information? We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order. Order information is handled through a secure server provided by globecharge.com. Payment is handled through PayPal and not our site. We never see or have access to your credit card information, unless you place an order by phone.  Phone order transactions are not stored on our servers and credit card numbers are destroyed per our merchant agreement.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties? We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.
Terms and Conditions. 
  • Orders will be filled on a "first come, first serve" basis, and buyers will be notified by email if an item is no longer in stock.
  • Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If the item(s) do not fit or do not meet your satisfaction (with the exception of clearance items*), the merchandise must be returned within 7 working days after receipt and in the same condition it is received in order to obtain a refund (shipping will not be refunded).
  • *All sales are final on items from our clearance department, no returns are allowed.
  • We accept  through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use your credit card.
  • A minimum shipping charge of $6.95 is applied on all orders. We no longer ship internationally. A signature confirmation is required for orders shipped to a different address. Most orders are shipped priority mail as soon as payment is received. Large orders may be shipped by other methods.
  • No shipping charges for Billings, Montana customers within the city limits.  Please call 406-698-1907 after you place your order to make arrangements to pick up your order.  Select the "Billings, MT" shipping option when you check out.
  • A $10 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be incurred on all shipments returned "unclaimed."
